What motivates immigrants to come to the United States (today)?
I honestly don't know why immigrants choose to come here. But I think its for freedom & money. They might not like how their country was bein handled, or maybe they come to experience new things we have to offer here in the U.S. They might not have enough money to live a happy life in their home country, and it may be cheaper over here.
Thousands of Europeans chose to move to the British colonies. Some for economic reasons and some for freedoms. If you decided to immigrate somewhere, would you move for economic reasons or for freedom?I wouldn't leave my country at all. I don't have any reason to leave. we're in a recession right now, but I'm okay with it. My parents make enough money to be financially stable, & so do I. Therefore, i'll never be put in that situation.
